The Official Hotel Room Block is now OPEN for all attendees.​

  • A 2-night non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking. 

  • All hotel rates are in US Dollars.

  • The majority of the hotel block availability is between Saturday, June 29th - Friday, July 5th. There is limited room availability in the block outside of those dates.

  • If you do not see a room option available for your selected dates, one or more of your selected dates does not have availability. Try selecting different dates or try another overflow hotel.

  • Once a certain hotel is fully sold out, no more rooms will be added to that hotel.

Wristbands

Wristbands

A daily wristband policy will be in effect for the 2024 NAIDC. In order to access the competition ballrooms, both dancers and spectators will need an event wristband. There will be different wristbands for each day of the event.


Event wristbands can be acquired one of three ways:


No Cost:

  • Event wristbands will be provided for FREE to those who are booked within the official hotel room blocks (both the host hotel block and all the overflow hotel blocks).

  • It is not enough to stay in the hotel, having booked via other means such as through third-party agencies or by using hotel points. Complimentary wristbands will not be provided to those that booked accommodations outside of the official hotel blocks.

  • The number of wristbands provided will match the duration of the hotel itinerary and the number of people listed on the hotel booking reservation (including your check-in and check-out dates). 

  • These wristbands will be collected at the front desk of your hotel when checking-in.

 

Texas Residents:

  • Attendees with a valid Texas ID may purchase daily event wristbands for USD $25.

  • Participating local dancers, CLRG members, and local children under 12 are EXEMPT from this fee and will be provided with complimentary event wristbands with proof of residency.

  • These wristbands can be purchased and collected at the competition venue.


Daily Fee:

  • Daily event wristbands will be available to all others at a cost of USD $100 per person per day.

  • These wristbands can be purchased and collected at the competition venue.


Exceptions:

  • Children under age 6 will NOT be required to wear a wristband. 

  • Wristbands will not be required to access the vendor areas or the practice rooms.
