"Show Your Badge (Wristband)" Program
We know that the wristbands can be a real drag (nobody really "looooves" them). That's why this years NAIDC is thrilled to announce our partnership with the Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau!

The Grapevine CVB has organized a "Show Your Badge" program, where all attendees of the NAIDC can receive special pricing, discounts, and promotions at local participating businesses.
​
Eat, shop, explore, and play in historic downtown Grapevine! Whether looking to explore Grapevine, or simply kick back and relax at one of the many local restaurants, shops, wineries, or attractions. This "Show Your Badge"program – exclusive to you as an attendee – is designed to bring you a memorable experience during your stay.
​
From June 30th - July 4th, hop onto the complimentary shuttle right from the Gaylord Texan to downtown Grapevine and show one of your official NAIDC wristbands (or badges) at a participating establishment when ordering, or at the cashier register.

Complementary Shuttle to Downtown Grapevine

There is a complementary Grapevine City operated shuttle that runs between the Gaylord Texan hotel and the historic downtown of Grapevine (along the "Merlot Route"). Downtown there are many restaurants, bars, shops and more to be found in this charming little Texas town. There are also other shuttle routes from there that can go into other surrounding areas and shops (like the Grapevine Mills Outlet Mall).

The pick-up/drop-off point for the Gaylord Texan is the "Tour Lobby" located to the left of the Silver bar in the main hotel lobby.
