Dancer's Mind Space Room

There will be relaxation, focus and other exercises in the room that dancers can use to mentally prepare for their competitions, unwind, or use as a quiet spot to calm their nerves.

 

Exercises are designed by certified performance psychology experts.

 

The room will be darkened, quiet and calm, with stations for reflection, meditation, journaling, planning and more.

Location: Grapevine 2 (next to the dress resale shop)

Times: Open from 7:00am - 5:00pm
