The deadline to submit artwork and payment for program ads is May 15, 2024, and there is no late date. The program editor requires print-ready ads, submitted in either .jpg or .pdf format. All ads must be at least 300 dpi. No ads will be published in the journal without full payment of any applicable fees.

• Full page color ad: outside back cover - $500

• Full page color ad: inside back cover - $300

• Full page black and white ad - $200

• Half page black and white ad - $125
